It was a nice day for the race but I just could not seem to get in a groove today.  Every time I pushed the pace my stomach would cramp a bit.  I finished in 4th place overall and took home the Masters Overall award because Jeff did me a favor and won the race.

Bloggers did GREAT today taking the top 4 spots.  Jeff was 1st, Kory was 2nd, Mark P from Utah was 3rd in a PR of 2:52 (way to go Mark!), and I was 4th.

Here are my splits.  They are all over the place as my stomach made it hard to stay as steady as i needed.
