It was 36 degrees and calm this morning.  I ran 6.54 easy miles, most of them with Jedd.  My quads were a bit tight at first from the downhills Saturday but my energy was great and I think recovery will be fast.

It was 42 degrees and calm this morning.  I ran 1.5 miles before our group run.  Barry and I ran the burned-up trail as part of the run.  Then I ran a couple miles with Jedd.  When he dropped off, I ran in to Terry and Lowell and ran a couple more with Lowell before running home.  Total 9.22 miles.

It was 50 degrees this morning when I left.  66 when I got back.  I ran later to get used to warmer temperatures to be ready for next Saturday.  I ran 16.05 miles with a 5 mile tempo thrown in just to see how it felt.  I actually had to slow down on Monte Vista Ave for a family of turkeys on the street.  This is not a rural street so this was very weird.
