It was 35 degrees with some light winds this morning but the humidity was over 80% after all the heavy rain we received yesterday.  In other words I was pretty wet when I was finished even with the cool temps.  I ran 12.44 miles in a decent pace.

Bill nice run. I saw you today in front of me about 80 yards and you were just about to turn off Satterfield. Very humid today. I can't never tell now if shorts would be okay or not. I should have wore shorts.

Again nice race on Saturday if I would have had more time I would have ran along side you guys and pushed the pace for you.

Bill,

Nice run! With our race next week, what kind of mileage are you going to run this week and next? I am planning on running 30 this week and then 15 up to the race. Also, have you heard of any weather conditions the day of the race, i have not?

Kory....just wear the shorts man. I saw you running down Jerome when I was finishing and you looked really good.

Barry....I am probably going to do around 90-95 this week and then taper next week. I just feel better when I do that. It's probably too early to know about weather for Ogden. Hopefully we are getting all our rain out of the way now.
