Just get back in shape after slacking hard in 2017.

Maybe run another marathon later in the year.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Maybe run a Marathon once in a while....but I am not in that competitive mode anymore.

It's been a few months.  Nagging injuries...and then a horrible winter.

I am in SLC this week so I decided to take advantage of the snow/ice-free conditions and get a run in for a change.

5.02 easy miles on the JRP.  It was overcast but temps were comfortable (28 degrees).  It felt good to get out again.

5.11 easy miles on the JRP.  It was 50 degrees this morning so I got to run in shorts and short sleeves for the first time since last was Great.

I will be doing a large percentage of my running this year on the JRP in the South end of Salt Lake County this year.  I would explain, but since I didn't run much this winter nobody is reading my blog
