Finished 2nd Overall in 2005 Utah Grand Slam to Paul Peterson. He beat me by 30 min in every race.

Completed the Utah Grand Slam 10 consecutive years (2003-2012). I don't know if anyone else has done that. Short-Term Running Goals: 2024 Goals:
Be consistent in my Riding.
Drop a few lbs. Long-Term Running Goals: I have long-term biking goals. Running is completely out of the question with the Meniscus in my knee. Personal: I'm in the 55-59 Age Group.....Yikes!

| It was 32 degrees this morning with more new snow. The temperature made the snow very soft and the footing was terrible. I ran 10.29 miles in a slow slog. It would have been better if it was 20 degrees because the footing would have been better. Oh what I would give for some dry pavement....... |

I actually received a check from Devine racing for last April's Salt Lake marathon for my 3rd overall Masters placing. Nothing like taking almost 9 months!!!!

| It was 29 degrees this morning with fresh snow and it was VERY windy. Winds steady at 20mph gusting over 30. It was very slick and icy in spots and I "skated" more than just a few times but luckily I did not fall. I ran 10.51 miles.

| I made myself a deal that if I went for a run this afternoon, I could snack during the football games. I went out at 12:30 and it was 32 degrees but the wind made it feel colder. I ran 10.54 miles and got home in time to catch the end of the 2nd quarter of the Colts/Jets game. |
